About Us

Our friendly staff on reception will first run through some forms with you.  During your consultation with the chiropractor, a comprehensive case history of your health and wellbeing will be taken.  This will be followed by your physical examination that will focus on how you move and how your joints and muscles work, this is the neurological, orthopaedic and chiropractic assessment.  Once complete, we can decide upon the best cause of action and will either continue towards chiropractic treatment or refer you for further assessment.

The chiropractor will explain in detail what needs to be improved and how chiropractic can best help your condition.  Once you fully understand the diagnosis and treatment plan, chiropractic care can then commence.

Chiropractic programmes vary in length depending upon your individual needs. If required, with your consent, we will write to your GP in order to inform them of any relevant clinical findings. Furthermore if we feel imaging is necessary such as Xray or MRI then we can decide how best to obtain this information.

"After going backwards and forwards to knee specialists with no luck, I was recommended to St Ives chiropractic clinic. Since then I've never looked back, knee ache is a thing of the past!"
